Break Out - Student Short Film
Break Out
During my final year at studying at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) I have worked within a team to create our major project, titled 'Break Out'. This is a short depicting a small robot who is running from something lurking in the shadows. This was an incredible experience, and gave me real insight into working in a professional environment.

TeaBox
TeaBox
This was for a group assignment during my time studying at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE). My team was tasted to create an advertisement for a tea brand.
My role was to design, create, and model a character for the project. This is the final product. The 'Tea Lady' was sculpted in Zbrush, with the typology done in Maya, and textures in Substance Painter.
Modelling & Texturing
This character was a good introduction into the pipeline required when undergoing character creation and modelling. The simplistic project aesthetic allowed for more room to explore the design concept-wise, as well as learning how to translate a stylised reference into 3D.
Concept Art & Design Coordination
The concept art done of this character included far more than the design that is showcased. As production continued, our team was given feedback and eventually had to cut-back on the content produced, affecting the final product.
Concept Art & Design Coordination
Because this team was so small, I was also in charge of gathering the different designs & aesthetics and organising all elements into their specific 'mood-boards' so that our project could be more effectively pitched. These collections displayed the overall goal look and aesthetic of our project, and aided massively when transferring 2D concepts into the final 3D model.
